The Wife

After about 5 years at KU, I finally walked away with dual bachelor's degrees in business management and communication studies. I worked for First Management, Inc. in Lawrence for almost a year and a half after graduating. Recently, I took a job as the Content Manager for a wedding website. I'm excited for the change! I met Adam at KU. We got married on October 17, 2009 in Lawrence. Adam and I live in Overland Park now with our beagle, Buddy. We love the area we live in! I like to spend my free time rooting on the Jayhawks, hanging out with friends, avoiding laundry, and watching The Office with Adam.

The Husband

Adam finished up his master’s in computer science at KU in May 2009, after finishing up his undergrad with departmental and university honors. (Can you tell I’m proud? I could brag more if you wanted.) He currently works for Perceptive Software and loves his job. He likes to continuously make me jealous with stories of all the perks his company has, like monthly chair massages, frequently catered parties celebrating their success, and weekly dodgeball games. He recently was promoted. Adam enjoys playing volleyball and soccer with his multiple intramural teams. In his spare time he likes to relax in front of the TV and, in true nerd fashion (love you babe), have LAN parties with his friends.

The Dog

Buddy is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. Adam gave him to me for my birthday and Christmas in 2006. Buddy's favorite activities are eating, cuddling with his mom, eating, playing with his toys, eating, begging for snacks, the occassional walk, and eating. He's not very big, but he has the most powerful bark on the block. However, if he barks at you, I promise he's just saying "hi."
